Lots of woodworking plans are distributed in that format.

While my drawing are pretty simple (I build acrylic aquariums) I don't mind the manual transfer. I have to be mindful of my math when I am doing it though (made a mistake once.... Ouch $$). If I could just click a button and done, that would be awesome! I am already using Sketch up for my client meetings anyways. What they say, and what I show them don't always match. If I get the okay of a drawing, and can click to move, it would be great! I would even consider paying a couple bucks for the option!

Agree with Derek, it's not limiting my use of Otimize but most of my models are in SketchUp. Would be great if it was available as a plug-in as the available plug-in is not as customisable.

To answer Igor, I wouldn't say it's limiting my usage, but it would certainly make things a lot easier. Right now my models are pretty simple. If I had more complex models, I might not take the time to move the data over.

This is a feature we are very interested in develop. Is it curently limiting your usage of Otimize Nesting?
